Full Time Experienced Handyman Needed

We are a stable and established General Contracting company in the Antelope Valley area. We provide renovation and repairs for single family homes and have been in business for over 15 years! Our company is growing, and we are in search of a full-time experienced painter to join our team!

If you have 3+ years of handyman experience, we want to hear from you. In this position, you will be working in homes in and around the Antelope Valley area, so having your own reliable transportation is a must. We expect our employees to be hardworking, reliable, have a good attitude, and to enjoy working with others to provide a great experience.

This position is full-time, offering competitive pay and overtime compensation.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience (no exceptions) - Do not apply if you do not meet these criteria

• Good Attitude
• Own Transportation
• Drug free
• Basic drywall skills
• Basic plumbing skills (change faucets, install toiles, replace sprinkler valves etc)
• Basic electrical skills (replace outlets, install GFI's, troubleshoot basic repairs)
• Tile installation - You must be able to DEMO and install basic 18x18 floor tile
• Laminate Floor Installation
• Baseboard Installation
• Attention to detail and high regard for quality
• Follow safety practices, policies, and procedures

Skills Needed:

• Must be able to use a spray gun and known paint prepping
